Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Handle salary structure, reimbursements, advances, and full & final settlements.
  • Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and TDS (as applicable).
  • Coordinate with consultants for labour law and statutory matters.
  • Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and HR reports for management.
  • Maintain employee attendance through biometric or attendance systems.
  • Draft appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leave, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR and Payroll.
  • Experience in the Construction, Infrastructure, or Government Project sector will be preferred.
  • Good knowledge of payroll processing, labour laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Experience with HRMS and Payroll Software will be an added advantage.

Site Engineer – Civil

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
  • Study drawings, specifications, BOQs, and work as per approved plans.
  • Plan and monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure work quality as per project specifications and relevant standards. Carry out site measurements and maintain Measurement Book (MB) records.
  • Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), weekly progress reports, and project updates.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, government officials, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely material requisition and inventory control at site.
  • Monitor work progress to achieve project timelines.
  • Maintain site documentation, including inspection records and quality reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
    • Required Qualifications
      • Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
      • Minimum 2–5 years of site execution experience.
      • Experience in Government, Railway, Building, Road, Water Supply, or Infrastructure Projects will be preferred.
      • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
      • Good communication and team management skills.
      • Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.

Accountant – Head Office

Key Responsibilities
  • * Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime.
  • * Record Purchase, Sales, Journal, Payment & Receipt entries.
  • * Prepare and reconcile Bank Statements.
  • * Handle Vendor & Customer Ledger Reconciliation.
  • * Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • * Prepare MIS Reports, Cash Flow Reports, and Financial Statements.
  • * Process Vendor Payments and Follow-up for Receivables.
  • * Maintain Project-wise Costing and Expense Records.
  • * Handle Petty Cash and Office Expenses.
  • * Assist in Internal & Statutory Audits.
  • * Coordinate with Project Sites for accounting documents and expense verification.
  • * Maintain proper filing of vouchers, invoices, work orders, and supporting documents.
  • * Support management with financial analysis and reports as required.
Required Qualifications
  • * B.Com / M.Com (Commerce Background).
  • * Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
  • * Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, or Government Projects will be preferred.
  • * Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and Accounting Standards.
  • * Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
  • * Knowledge of Project Accounting and Costing.
  • * Experience with Government Contract Accounting.
  • * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
